Extensive phased reconstruction of the Gothic Renaissance courthouse in the center of the conservation area. The intention was the total reconstruction and rebuilding of the dilapidated building, using a part for residential living and a part - the building has commercial use - cafe, premises for shops, wellness, gallery.

The reconstruction was carried out in communication with the restorers and the Department of Historic Preservation.
