New - build comunity house for seniors in Čistá village (in country architecture style) is result of public discussion. Local people and future users could define their own imagions. Than was created architectural study and next the final look of building.
It´s devised as "growing project". We can develop rooms which are not utilized yet.
It´s three floor wheelchair accessible object with 14 flats in two various sizes. A lot of technologies are suggested because of low operating costs. And in harmony of ecological tendence. All materials and house dispositions correspond with original local architecture in this area.
