Prague 6 is a district with a long tradition of modern building, where many architectural gems by famous architects can be found.
The uniqueness of the Maison project is undoubtedly the location, the genius loci of the garden city of Ořechovka is noticeable in the site and an effort has been made to preserve the friendly neighbourhood character.
As a result, Maison is a very open project with a modern style, the whole site is easily overlooked from the public space through the low fence.
It is not a self-contained complex and is perceived as such by the neighbours with whom it is not in competition.
The original brownfield site in the form of a car park by the railway line has been transformed into a harmonious whole with cultivated communal greenery between the houses.
The community space allows the new residents to create a natural community with the possibility of full integration.
