Pavel decided to return to the place of the old German cottage in the form of a new, honestly built and crafted cottage with a contemporary look, and with respect for the landscape and comfort, which is a reflection of our times. From hard work chopping wood to transcendent experiences looking at baroque scenes of clouds over Sněžka, or hypnotizing flames in an open fireplace - the heart of the home. If some places can seem miraculous, then this is one of them - the effort was to build an equally miraculous shed - to preserve a piece of the Earth for future generations, because as the old Native Americans proverb says "We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, but borrow it from our children ".
SPRING - The fog under the hillside is slowly melting, the rests of the ice reveals the shrill gurgling of the stream, the morning rays of the sun warm the fragile ground and the grasses in the meadow are breaking with all their might to the surface. With the catch in its mouth, the fox ran across the frosted meadow, continued along the overhang of the roof over the porch, to find shelter in the lee of the log above the cottage. "I love it here", a rustling stroke of the pencil, slowly interrupts the notes of the piano, a soft melody - Mountain (Ludovico Einaudi). The bedroom door slammed shut, a shadow on the remaining snow outlined a figure climbing a ladder into the pool – the water has a constant temperature of 7°C all year round.
SUMMER - Around the shed, the wind in the hair, dogs lazily lounging on the rafters. Broth is on the stove, the crispy crust of the roasted knee glistens in the oven. Today there is a large gathering in the cottage and the large family of the owner. A breeze is playing with a ping-pong ball on the beach, a beer is cooling in the pool. We celebrate the arrival of summer, the anniversary of the completion of the construction. The day is getting shorter, the golden glow of the lights in the reflections of the windows – in the evening, the sun is setting and the outline of Studniční hora slowly darkens, it has cooled down, the milky way is shining. One of the guests sat down at the piano - Metamorphosis (Philip Glass).
AUTUMN - The landscape has become covered in earthy colors, the morning fog - endless white darkness. The fountain seems much warmer - a joy. , mushrooms everywhere - a rich autumn offering - basket over arm, hands in pockets, steam at mouth - a varied palette of landscape transformations.
