The task of the apartment owner was to create a more generous space with a layout of 3 + kk with intelligent home control, timeless design easy to maintain and practical solutions for the life of a young couple with a small child.

A number of clever solutions for practicality and aesthetic cleanliness (hidden spaces, hidden drawers in the floor and in furniture), rechargeable night drains for mobile phones without cables, etc.
