Sustainable, healthy and comfortable housing surrounded by greenery, community facilities, high quality public spaces and shops and services are the attributes of the new residential district of Na Vackově in the vicinity of the Židovské Pece Park. MS Architects designed a new development which fulfilled the ambition to create a place to live which provides a high quality of life in an enjoyable environment with easy access to the center of Prague.

The new district consists of five residential buildings with civic amenities on the ground floor and underground parking at basement level. The development does not form a uniform street mass, but recedes from the street line in a characteristic manner. The apartments are homely in design with a focus on details and include spacious balconies or loggias The surrounding public space is defined by its unique design where the greenery is used to help the area manage rainwater effectively and therefore help to combat climate change.
